What exactly is provided?
Your sommelier brings the wines, the glasses, as well as all the equipment related to the tasting, such as lemonade, carafe if necessary, spittoon, etc.
If you choose the food option, the service of napkins, utensils and crockery, including presentation dishes, is not included. It is possible to include them for an additional charge.
How can I pay?
We accept all payment methods. We ask for a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the invoice, and the balance must then be paid in one installment, before the start of the workshop. This means that one person must collect the sum of the other participants to pay the total bill.
Please note that payment by credit card comes with a 3.4% service charge.
Payments by cheque, cash or bank transfer are free of charge.
I have food allergies/intolerances/restrictions, but want the catered option!
Carefree! We look at the possible avenues and we make sure that there will be a few bites according to the restrictions, unless they become too restrictive for our cook. If so, we'll let you know.
How does a tasting take place?
The sommelier arrives 30 minutes before the start of the workshop to prepare everything. She will host the evening according to the chosen formula. Guests are invited to participate, in order to have a lively evening.
When the last bottle is presented and served, the sommelier will begin to put away her equipment.
Please note that the cleaning service is not part of our offer in any case, apart from what is related to our equipment
If we bring our dishes and have to clear them, tipping is appreciated.
Who are the tastings for?
Our wine tastings are for absolutely everyone.
We invite people to ask their questions, whatever they are, because we believe that knowledge of wine is not reserved for the elite, and that there are no stupid questions.
Everything really takes place in a relaxed and relaxed atmosphere. Our tastings are unpretentious, accessible to all. They are made so that people can learn about wines, while having fun and drinking good nectars!
Is it possible to cancel or postpone?
Reporter: Yes absolutely! We will endeavor to find a later date that suits both parties. On the other hand, we ask for a minimum of 5 days in advance, otherwise we will have to charge you the amount for the catering service, if this option had been chosen.
Cancel: Absolutely, however you will not be able to recover your non-refundable deposit. For a cancellation made less than 5 days before the event, we will have to charge you 50% of the total invoice.
